play H265 video, blurred screen.

And that's specific to these builds? i.e. it doesn't happen if you build manually?

error output: [AVHWDeviceContext @ 000001f195230ac0] Could not derive CUDA device. [hevc @ 000001f19513de40] decoder->cudl->cuCtxPushCurrent(decoder->cuda_ctx) failed -> CUDA_ERROR_INVALID_VALUE: invalid argument [hevc @ 000001f19513de40] Failed setup for format cuda: hwaccel initialisation returned error.

Of course, this is a problem with the code, not your compilation
