Big problems with virtual machines (Buttons do not appear)

I'm having problems with virtual machines.

Buttons are not visible

If you remove overflow

The problem occurs in such virtual machines:

• mac OS x sierra 10.12.4(16e195)
• Mac machine OS X 10.11.6, VMware Fusion
• VMware Fusion in 10.10.6 and 10.12.2
• Also reproduced on VMware Workstation 10.12.1 , but was not reproduced on VMware Workstation 10.10
