Created Custom Resolution Functionality #4

Major Changes

Added 2 Functions to manage the custom resolutions Modified the FPS functions to allow custom Menu FPS Added and Modified support in the Lang and Window for these features.

Minor and Accidental

Forgot to revert the change to the Transparency to a Magenta background, I removed it for my personal build. removed FPS from the start of 2 functions, since I used them for my dialog boxes. Both call in the XAML.

Uncompleted

I should have added references to the language template for the newly added lines. But there was only RU and an unapproved ESP lang set so I don't feel so horrible about it.

Merged, but please disable insertion of spaces next time before committing, it led to more than 150 merge conflicts. image
