infinityloader.exe is flagged as a trojan (see link below) when i install EEex #46

my windows 10 pc is blocking this file, 'infinityloader.exe' i think even before i install it, after decompressing the download of EEex. the error it returns is that it contains this trojan: https://howtofix.guide/trojanwin32-wacatac-bml/ and i see it was updated or changed 3 days ago here on github :S is it a false positive and how do i ensure its not, etc?

i was trying to install https://github.com/OlvynChuru/OlvynSpells/blob/master/README.md and because i mismatched the version of my BG2EE(which was 2.5.16.6) it didnt work right when i installed EExe. now that i've nuked that whole directory and re-copied my complete backup over it, it STILL wont work which... i cant fathom. i have no idea what might have been changed between installing EEex and olvyn's spells mod, but i cant even try again with correct versions, or without* them, as even the pre-edited folder wont launch now, throwing the error below. any ideas? :S

i know i've got a ton of mods in there, but they were all working fine until now, and im not even sure how to remove it all that would clear it better than it was cleared when i deleted the contents of the program folder and started over lol.
old modders know that we'll basically have to start from scratch every time we update the main game program , which i'll have to do, to 2.6x but it should all work the way it was before, and isnt :S any help would be hot, thanks in advance mate o7

I had to create a Windows Defender exception for the game folder to stop this happening, otherwise defender quarantined infinityloader.exe if run or left in the folder for more than a few seconds.
