the clumped sand insta-killed me upon picking it up, I had transcendence so that may have had something to do with it.

it kills me as soon as i spawn in every stage

clumped sand gives you negative regen pretty sure. I used it but had a fair bit of regen from other sources. but if you use transcendence... with 1 health... you degen your last health and instadie I'd guess.

Makes sense to me? I really don't see what the problem here is. You die when you go below 0 hp, transcendence makes you have 1hp, negative regeneration makes your hp go down instead.
