Apparently the error is occurs when both Acf-Missiles and Acf are up to dated. I tried reinstall Acf-Missiles multiple times and I still get the same error while using acf-missiles. So I get off singleplayer and joined another server. And I figured out that one of the Acf folder is up to dated and another one isn't, the acf-missiles will works fine. But if both of the ACF folder are up to dated, acf-missiles will not work
