5 years ago I know this is an old issue. But this is still a thing. Sometimes my current aircraft will get hit by an enemy missile just barely, and it'll blow my racks right off, yet leave the rest of the jet intact, even an ammo box next to the rack lmao. My jet is completely unarmored btw. Seems like if you sneeze on a rack, it falls off and shatters into dust.
The volatility of racks is far too high, in some cases exploding with a single hit from smaller weapons like a 12.7 despite having 20+mm of armor (bug?). I have never in my life heard of aircraft suffering from their munitions exploding due to being hit by anti air fire; would it be possible to look into the durability of racks?
