Support Outlook-email APP password ?

Hi, what APP? iOS/Android ? webapp? Desktop app? Also, Outlook has its own otp!? It is not behind the Microsoft account login?

I'm not an Outlook user so all information are welcome to help me identify why Outlook OTP differs from others and how to try/test it. Thanks.
