Privacy page - Firefox - Numbering of list items behaves differently #136

Privacy page - Firefox

https://d2r8w0gkpz98vq.cloudfront.net/privacy

On Chrome, the numbering of items is not ideal. eg the 3rd section 'Freedom of information' starts with number 8 after the previous section had ended with number 9.

On Firefox, the numbering behaves differently. eg the 3rd section 'Freedom of information' starts with number 2 after the previous section had ended with number 4.

I'm unsure of the expected behaviour of numbering - Should they be resetting to number 1 with each h2 heading? But the concern I have here is that the numbering is behaving differently on Chrome and on Firefox.

This issue no longer occurs on the latest build of the page.

But the new page does not include numbered lists, so I can't say that the issue is resolved. I'd like to see a proper numbered list that behaves consistently across browsers.

The page currently has numbered paragraphs with the number added as text at the start of the paragraph. It looks a little untidy on chrome, but is consistent on other browsers.

I think this is no longer relevant as there are no ordered lists in free body text. When / if I add some I will flag it and create proper styles for them but I won't preemtively do it
