THIS:

hooks up updated search endpoint
adds search results ui
hooks up search filter endpoints (language & include/exclude filters)
adds user search tips
sundry tweaks, clean-up & refinements

TODO:

integrate with text-view
remaining clean-up

I couldn't really review yet because the BE is not working, but I checked out the code and left some comments :)

Many thanks @TrebuhD! Great comments as ever. Once we've figured out the new BE issues and have got the FE up and running again, I'll make updates.

I noticed the language filters are not working at the moment, but I think Ven. Vimala has already mentioned it before.

The URLs to the text view inside the search results also look like they need to be tweaked to work correctly - it already works in the text view middle view btw.
