Graph dataloader

Lots of refactoring in order to get the data loading for visual view/graph view going. This also includes code to:

• make sure that current tibetan/chinese files load correctly
• remove all remaining graph database code (no more edge collections etc.)
• refactor main_queries.py into smaller task-specific files
