Pali data reload in backend #291

Pali commentarial texts still have the old structure, probably due to it not having been loaded into the backend yet.

This should now be ready to be able to load in the backend.

The Pali files now have the correct structure and everything works locally on local frontend. There are however issues with missing matches that do exist on Buddhanexus.net. So at some point the dataset needs to be redone with other settings but for now it is good enough to test.
