Disable gnome-online-accounts due to latest upstream GOA changes #76

Description

Lets just hide GOA compilation due to online accounts moving to GTK4/libadwaita which breaks GTK3 based forks such as BCC https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-online-accounts/-/issues/291

Are there any alternatives that people can use to do the same thing that this module does?

I do not believe so. XFCE folks tend to recommend people install GNOME Control Center to set up gnome-online-accounts. Cinnamon Control Center uses gnome-online-accounts and I expect will either have to fork or drop support too. @fossfreedom had proposed creating a GTK4 application that'd work to accomplish the same view, but not sure the effort required for it, how long it'd be expected to be kept alive, opportunity cost of pursuing it vs other initiatives, etc. Certainly something that should be discussed so some sort of consensus can be reached!
