Removing this line https://github.com/BuddiesOfBudgie/budgie-desktop-view/blob/e22d034d50352c9609238236bdf7773c610a47fe/meson.build#L11 allows the project to successfully build

Thoughts?

As an aside - the meson default_options in budgie-desktop is not the same as BDV. Should the projects be aligned?
