API Docs use non-existent URLs #233

Description

API docs that are installed (gtk-docs) are defined at v10.4 and use non-existent solus github.io URLS.

We need to decide the best way to handle - upload to buddiesofbudgie website ?

I'm in favor of nuking those from orbit in favor of more fleshed-out documentation on the eventual website.
