Budgie version

10.8.2

Use-cases

You can show&hide window by positioning mouse cursor over icon in panel and the use mouse wheel. If you scroll up, window appears on desktop, if you scroll down, window disappears. While this behaviour makes perfect sense in a default setting where panel is positioned at bottom of screen, it gets confusing if panel is positioned at top of screen and scroll direction should be reversed if panel is at top of screen. Like this, you always make your window appear by scrolling in direction of desktop and make it disappear to the panel by scrolling in direction of the panel. This would be more intuitive in my opinion. I know that you can also position the panel left or right, but well, in general mouse scroll direction is up/down.
