Workspaces Switchable While Screen Is Locked #22

While the screen is locked, it is still possible to switch workspaces via a keyboard shortcut. This may also display window contents during the switch, which could be a security problem.

Sounds like this should be done at the budgie-wm level to disable stuff like keyboard shortcuts if the lockscreen is active.
