PR Commit Squash automation #13

Given the current commit squash back until there is a commit message that has

[A-Z][A-Z]+-[0-9]+- and keep doing that for all commits up until the beginning of the branch so that the PR just has proper commit messages

Might not be squash, can work on that. But use the update regex for recognising issue keys [A-Z]{2,}-[0-9]+-

No longer want this. If I'm going to squash something then it is going to be purposeful. I don't think this is good for my development
