[BUDI-7387] Allow Fetch row to support multiple Row IDs, so that it can support multi-select relationship pickers

Similar to how the Delete Row action was changed to support deleting multiple rows, I would like the ability to fetch the row data for multiple selected relationships.

Currently if I select more than one relationship, I get an error missing.
