Describe the feature request
As a user I would like options to sync across apps whenever adding options for external datasource via the Budibase UI. Currently, If i were to fetch these tables in a different app after creating this column. It will appear as basic text rather than an options type column.
Possibly include an enum type that when created, can be fetched in other apps and still come in as an options type.
