Button On-Click actions show over Preview window

Describe the bug Button On-Click actions in hte bindings drawer displays over the Preview.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a button
2. Click to add an On CLick action
3. With the bindings drawer still open, click preview

Expected behaviour Preview should display over everything in the builder
