Describe the feature request Move OpenAI action to the top. And OpenAI logo. Add a "New" tag to increase awareness.

The automation action isn't new, it's been around for a while. The only difference is that it will use the new AI configs feature when they are enabled. Can still move it to the top though

I think adding the Open AI logo will make it stand out too.
