Error creating automations #14988

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login and create a new app with uploaded CSV table data
  2. Navigate to automation tab
  3. Click 'Create automation'
  4. Enter automation name and trigger
  5. Click save Expected: Able to successfully create an automation Actual: Receiving "Error creating automation" message
