Composite Keys In Opinionated SQL #1738

The opinionated SQL connectors do not account for composite keys.

This includes both the standard CRUD setup for these connectors, and for the eventual relationships.

Conditions

Fetch composite primary keys from database and set them as primary key on table
Accommodate composite keys in relationship creation UI and SQL mapping code. Knex will need to know about both keys specified
