When I'm using the budibase CLI, I want to be able to publish the component/plugin that I am currently developing to NPM.

Commands:

budi publish

The CLI will check if you are currently in the directory of a plugin/component (look for package.json) and if not error.

COS

budi publish - builds the component into an output directory (dist) using rollup and then pipes the result to npm publish
