A command or something to have all mobs unlocked in creative mode

It sounds cool in theory, though I can't imagine any use case for that command at the moment. Besides, the morph UI probably would be a nightmare to use with that many morphs lulw (I should really fix it, but I kinda hate writing UI code for MC) But jokes aside, I'd love to implement such a command if you were to elaborate further and in a more precise manner what exactly this command should do and why it is needed.
