Finally got the DMG BIOS to run with minor glitches.

As mentioned in the pull request description, the DMG BIOS finally runs in libmbGB, however, the little R next to the Nintendo logo is missing, and no commercial games (not even Tetris!) are bootable just yet. Still, this is quite an accomplishment, and hopefully libmbGB can run commercial games soon.
