@sullivanmatt - Semi-related, what's the level of effort to configure this to not blast out alerts if a certain label is present on a PR?

I have been thinking about a few ideas. Label would be nice but the workflow only runs on merge, I'm not sure if we can easily figure out what pull request triggered the merge. Someone will have to look into it.
