Make Grafana diagrams available without having to login to Grafana #45

The grafana diagrams are not showing unless you signed into Grafana on the same machine.

FIX: make the grafana diagrams public.

Fixed. Added instructions to readme:

  1. Enable Grafana for users without requiring signing by editing file /etc/grafana/grafana.ini and setting: 
    [auth.anonymous]
enabled = true
org_name = Main Org.
org_role = Viewer
