Problems after the 8.62 address update #219

Here's a list of some of the problems I encountered after updating TibiaAPI's 
addresses to support 8.62.

ContextMenu's debug after adding and calling, via right-click.

HookProxy won't send packet to server. It will send packet to the client. Also, 
sending packets to the client and server via memory work.

NameSpy debugs when you disable it.

LevelSpy alters the level view after enabling, but won't allow you to change 
floors, and it doesn't revert to your floor after disabling.

I went over the addresses a few times, and I can't find any errors.

These debugs affect the client, not the API.

        TibiaAddresses.LevelSpy3:= $4F0510;
        TibiaAddresses.LevelSpyAdd1:= 28;

The default values were changed!

And the level spy is not going down!

Note, the default has changed.

r831 fixes the HookProxy, NameSpy, and LevelSpy problems. However, 
ContextMenu's still debug even though the addresses are correct..
