Adding Settings Drawer and Theme Toggle #12

Description

Adding the Settings Drawer, which will open from the left. I also added back the theme toggle and moved the various footer items into the Settings Drawer.

I've also been tweaking the light/dark theme colors in Daisy UI. Not sure if there's a specific color scheme we wanted to use from the mockups?

Let's keep going with your taste. We can always tweak later if needed.

One little thing: image

There is a 1px white border there which is bugging me haha. Could we only add that border on Desktop? (> certain resolution).

Merging this tho! We can fix in the next PR.
