UI/UX tweaks for balance, eth input and address input

• [x] Show balance way bigger and address and blockie smaller
• [x] Default to USD to start instead of showing values in eth
• [x] Ether input forms, add USD equivalent with smaller font
• [x] Take the “scan” button and shrink but add it to the input field on the send page (if I click send and then realized I want to scan I can scan to fill in the input with a scan)
