We need a server that can manage our internal record of a users state.

Projects completed (links to repos)
Their wallet address
Data points for tracking potential sybils:
1. IP address (or hash of it for privacy)
2. Code solution comparison metrics
Challenge contract details
1. Address
2. bytecode size
3. gas efficiency results (would be really great to form a baseline to grade challenges against and award points based on this)

Once this is in place we can begin to think about issuing onchain attestations for their accomplishments
