Add MVP specification #11

High level:

  1. Matt said much of the same. I think the CLI is the shortest path to having something that people can interact with.
  2. Would love to integrate with BG app. BG app is going to be getting an overhaul in the future so the opportunity will be there to add this as a data source.
  3. Feel like we touched on this in out recent call. Good thoughts.

Details:

  1. It is important for them to submit onchain as part of the learning process. The biggest problem I see with your idea is that most of these will lack the personal touch that a BG profile submission should have. "personal-challenges" might be nice to encourage them to submit there though.
  2. Added a couple concepts to the readme.
