People commonly are wondering several thing about the app.

They often think that we can recover assets that are already sent to the hackers wallet
They don't realize this only works on Ethereum Mainnet
They often ask about the underlying technology (flashbots)

This wording change seeks to provide clarity on those three points as soon as people land on the page.
