When ever admin approve / reject a grant, they'll have the ability (optional) to add a Note.
In they case of approval: it'll be next to the TXHash inpunt
Rejects: we'll need to create intermediate modal.
The user:
In their /my-grants they will see a (?) icon next to the rejected / approved tag. When hovering, they'll see the note from admin. Only in those states.
