Homepage skeleton #15

Description

The main thing was to fetch stats data and show completed cards, I think we are still iterating on design so didn't go pixel-to-pixel

Lol also forgive me for my bad tailwind classes choices but maybe we later refactor once we have kind of final desgin / full homepage but happy to do it in this PR too !!
