Create sticky box and add it to the landing page

This PR:

• Adds a simple sticky box to the landing page
• Adds a close button to not annoy mobile users (this wasn't in the original design so I can remove it if you want)
• EXPORTS Timeline.tsx from components/extensions-hackathon/index.tsx
• Removes the ETH price floating thingy from footer

If we remove the X on the sticky, the user gets very little space to actually see the website given that the iphones already eat so much of onscreen space:
