/admin page (check grants / ens)
For now, let's show all the submissions.
grants use a simpler system for auth. ENS PG a more complex one. Maybe we can start with the simpler one? Up to you all.

Let's implement #2 first, so we get the blueprint for EIP 712 / swr, etc.
