Reported by tiberium87 on 2014-08-02 15:51 UTC Config files for combinations of parts, before individual part files are called, check if a certain combination exists. Also, incorporate extract identity.

This is related to the idea of allowing "modules" within txtlsim. See also issue #13 on sense/anti-sense modules.
