Parameter estimation and documentation #34

Upload the work we have on fitting experimental data (collected by Vipul, Zoltan/Dan's ACS paper, Vincent's papers) to the models, and provide model parameter estimates and distributions. This information can be put into the documentation.

Clean up the config files in the trunk/config directory so that only properly characterized configuration files are present.

Several other issues related to parameter estimation that should be merged with this one at some point: #6, #18, #27, #28.

Yes, some of these are duplicates. #18 == #6.

27 is its own unique thing. Global parameter scoping is necessary for adding rules and events.

28 also a separate issue, but I agree these are all related, and might be merged into one main parameter topic.
