Append parameter status to each parameter [sf#6] #6

Reported by tiberium87 on 2013-09-12 21:09 UTC Idea from Enoch: We need to append the source, and some information of how reliable a parameter is, to each parameter. This could be doen using the Userdata field.

Also, need a way to automate the linking of an overall file where the satus of the parameters is kept, and can be changed by the developers as parameters get characterized, and the updating of the in code parameter status.
