[FEATURE] Integration of vue and laravel #3

I am working of trying to integrate vue front end and laravel for the backend.

Some other person will work on the @ikechukwu will work on the vue while I integrate with laravel

Other options are vue or react for the frontend and node or express js for the backend.

I have forked a sample into the repository.

create API's for the following: login/sign up farmers details agroallied companies product purchase cart product stock counter product list and available stock(i.e adding products)
