Desired Decimal Window in TomoDEX #85

Btw, that's my first proposal. My second proposal is to still enable the scrolling mode but this window will have a fixed position as shown in the picture(e.g. scrolled up when you scrolled up too or scrolled down when you scrolled it down too.) Screenshot_20200123-200026

I do not think that we need to look the box. It should follow the scroll, then user can select the options. Thank you for the report. We do NOT consider it an issue.
