Write an article comparing TomoX-Relayers and 0x #159

(Why:) TomoX-Relayer protocol share some similarities but also significant differences with 0x protocol. Comparing these two protocols would show the advantages of TomoX because it is integrated at the core layer. What: The article should compare TomoX and 0x on both technical and economics aspects and some advantages of TomoX such as full decentralization order book, pay fee by token, liquidity, performance... because of being integrated into the core layer.
