[x] When collateral price falls down to liquidationPrice, TomoX protocol support auto topup collateral to avoid liquidating lendingTrade. Do it BEFORE scan LiquidatedTrade
[x] Add a field auto-topup to lendingItem/lendingTrade to allow borrower decide opt-in / opt-out
