fix(?): 🐛 Claims with no buildings cannot be edited if new area has no buildings #15

[1] Bug Description When editing a claim with no buildings, saving the claim fails if the new area still has no buildings. Error message is "Could not update building count"

[2] Screenshots X (ask me for photos if needed but it's very similar to #11)

[3] Reproduction

  1. Create a claim with a building count of zero and save it.
  2. Edit the area by expanding to a new area without buildings/editing name/editing description.
  3. Saving fails.

[4] Expected Behaviour Claim should be able to be edited.

[5] Additional context This is most likely related to #11 and the same fix may simply need to be applied to the edit function.
