vip bug #143

This is a pre-release so theres bout to be bugs, but still. I have the VIP pass and I selected VIP gamepass owned, i did a test and found out if you have vip gamepass owned selected it selects shift lock instead of camera mode, if you dont have it selected it selects camera mode.
