heres a fix:

ROBLOX MENU ONLY OPENING ONCE Click Esc to open the Roblox menu, it will look invisible don't worry that's normal. Press R and then Enter to reset. (Skip this and the next step if the Roblox menu shows up for you) Open the Roblox menu again, it should come up now, if it doesn't then rejoin the game. Go to the settings tab and scroll down to Reduce Motion and turn it off. You can find right under graphics quality.
