I'd be grateful for some configuration examples on how to crawl a github repository source code and github issues, if possible?

Also, the CLI usage documentation link does not work for me, I'd really appreciate some examples for this too.

@antoan The CLI is not fully functional yet but I will be adding a Pull Request for this with documentation soon.
